when I had to use my last hours of PTO to take a snow day from being trapped in the snow. This final day of PTO led to being denied a raise because I took too much time off. This is when I realized I was constantly having to choose between enjoying time home with my daughter, and a dead end job that wasn't even paying enough for me to support my daughter and I.
By now, I had already dabbled in Virtual Assistance and landed my first clients. This day was the turning point. My why was somewhat blurry before, but after this I knew what my ultimate goal was.
I wanted needed to create a life for myself and my daughter where I never needed to choose something over her again, and I knew this wouldn't come in a 9to5. Two weeks later I put in my 4-week notice to my job, and never looked back.
Now my mission to to make it possible for any woman to create a business brand they love, that is driven by spending more time on the things and people they love.
